Summer is just about in the rear view mirror GoJu Nation. The sales numbers are showing it as well. A lot of colleges are officially in session. The high schools are next. And that translates to small numbers overall at the box office. ” The Expendables” arrive at #1 for a second week. Which again speaks to the official renaissance of Sly Stallone on the movie making side. “Vampires Suck” comes in at #2 which is wonderful speaking to the budget aspect of this film.

So it looks like his might be comeback run #2, just in this new joint form Chris Brown, “In The Air”. The song was produced by Polo Da Don, but it is not poppin’ enough for me, but not horrible. Not a bad message to share with your love, all about devotion. I believe this this be one of the songs on the album/mixtape CB’s camp is planning to release on Valentine’s Day. But we have it first, GoJuNation you will be able to get the mixtape @ all the major channels like Target, Best Buy, iTunes, etc. Check below for some GothamJungle discounts.

Finally a song that C-Breezy can hold his hat on. I have been searching for that song that could validate his releasing the last album, but I never found it. “Holdin’ On” is a step in the rite direction. The song is believable and heart-felt. 2 more joints like this and he may be able to pull some fans back. The key is to open up Chris, not something any of us like to do, but if you want your career to get back to what it was… go back to basics. This songs is a great follow to the feature with Juelz Santana… remember ppl he started with “Run It” feature Juelz, then “YO”… maybe now it is “Back to the Crib” and “Holdin’ On”. Speak on it!!!
Holiday season is upon us, so I thought why not brings some gifts. Here is a few features from an entertainer than I respect and I know puts the work in. Omarion for the most part is consistent and focused. Before Chris Brown remember there was and is “King O”. Check the new video just released featuring Jay Rock – “Hoodie”
And here is a new drop… off the album and mixtape hosted by IllWill… owwww!

GoJuNation, I pose this question… Who smashed the R&B scene the hardest in 2009? Let’s debate… First up “Tank”, Mr. always consistent has done work in the past year with the likes of Chris Brown, Pleasure P, Keri Hilson, Day 26, LeToya Luckett, and Ginuwine to name a few. He is still in the game heavy, but I can’t say he has ruled the charts. But wait… if track record is the barometer then he is the dude.
We welcome Mr. Morgan back from his sabbitcal. GoJu nation rejoices as the king of cultural relevant content returns.
Mr. Morgan-
So C-Breezy is gonna drop on Tuesday, and hear is my word, “Unimpressed!” I think the CD is a sad follow-up to the last smash CD, but to be honest my expectations were not high to begin with. However, for you Gojuians that are a few iight cuts.
“Sing Like Me” best of the bunch??? Oh boy.
We at GothamJungle premiered this song a few weeks back and gave it the GoJu co-signage. And Chris Brown personal issues aside this is a good song. Conceptually, lyrically, track and hook all very strong and the only question was “will the video add or detract from how good the single is. We have our answer. Everythings a go. C Breezy is on his way back and this is why. For those who haven’t here is “I Can Transform Ya” the video. Look for Rosa Acosta (yummy).
