What’s up peeps what is good in your hood?   In my hood I’m just getting over that Philadelphia Eagles Wildcard Game loss. I, for one, would rather get blown out than lose a close game. So here we are, only 4 teams left trying to become the 2010-11 NFL Super Bowl Champs. I think that this IZ the 1st time in NFL history that the final 4 just happen to be the top 4 defenses in the NFL. Remember the old saying, “Offense wins games but DEFENSE wins CHAMPIONSHIPS”.  HMMM, I wonder what the top 2 NFL offenses think about that? Maybe we should ask them as they sit on the COUCH looking at the rest of the playoffs!! Do you HEAR me Patriots and Eagles?!?  We have some great games to look forward to this weekend. Weather will not play a big part because we have teams from 4 cold weather cities going at it and I expect some serious hard-hitting football.

What’s up peeps! What is good in your hood?  In my hood things are looking pretty good because I won a couple of bucks with my 6 pack picks.  I could have won lots and lots of cash, but one team couldn’t hold a 17 point lead but I’ll get to that in a second. I am starting to get a good feel of the college and pro teams and that means lots and lots of trouble for the sportsbooks around the world.

We’ve reached the cream of the crop GoJu Nation.  The top 4 franchises in the NFL.  Now you can figure out who they are at this point but we’ll give you the reasons why they rank this high. This is the culmination of all things football:  legacy, winning, perfect market and NFL marketing through their key players. They also have players who are NFL faces for life.  From Lawrence Taylor to Tom Brady to Joe Theismann to Tony Dorsett, this will help you franchise make $$ even when your team is going through tough times. So here are the top $ GoJu nation. Thank you for your patience as we worked through the list to make sure you get the quality info you deserve.  Hit us with you comments and enjoy….

What’s up peeps! I hope all is well for all of you in GOJU Nation!   I had to get on this story ASAP because the City of Philadelphia has been going crazy over the past few days, weeks and months with the Eagles’ QB situation.  I for one wrote about this a few months back and STATED that the Eagles made a big mistake getting rid of Donovan McNabb for an unproven Q-Back.  My team (the Eagles) is not rebuilding. We were only 1 game away from having the 2nd best record in the NFC last year and with another year of experience our offensive weapons would be even better.

Now that we’ve entered the top 10, we’re getting the best franchises in the league.  Doesn’t mean that they’re winning, it just speaks to the day-to-day business being handled better than most. Market share, legacy, tradition all play a major part in this section. Now some of the teams may surprise you as to their rank.  Take into consideration what I’ve mentioned earlier. The x-factors that may not be obvious if your purely in a fan position.  So here we go.

The details GoJu Nation, the details. We’re finding out that being in the high rent district comes with pleasure & pain.  Also having brand recognition doesn’t guarantee winning. There has to be a “perfect storm” of winning, timing and executive efficiency to overcome some of the issues these franchises are dealing with.  Blackouts, slowing ticket sales, losing, economic strife, and leadership concerns are all at the doorstep of the NFL. Yet, it’s the most popular sport in the country.  So that means that things will turn around.  Not that anybody here is suffering (remember even the lowest ranked franchise is over 900M in worth). It’s just worth noting that with the collective bargaining agreement looming and financial concerns throughout the league, things might change drastically.  Lets get back into the rankings.

We now enter the franchise upper echelon. Here we’re gonna find either brands that are finance proof or teams that really have a strong grasp of how to build economically. Big markets are gonna play strong in this arena as well as recent success.  Take into consideration also that star power is a major driving force for some of these teams. We’re also gonna enter the NFL high rent district:  Teams that are worth more than a billion dollars (that’s right the B word). Let get it in and see how this shakes out GoJu Nation.
